Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

I buy from this store 2 times. I really like bras. I take the same size as I always wear. Very soft pleasant lace. Does not stick anywhere. Everything is fine. The first set wore 3 years. Already blackened from socks, and otherwise as new! Did not break, did not stretch, did not lose shape! This bra makes a beautiful and lush bust even on a small chest. Delivery fast 2-3 weeks to Lipetsk. I recommend the seller and the goods!! The only thing, panties are always small for me on the hips 114 cm. And although the seller indicates this in his size grid, I would like that the panties of the right size could be separately included in the kit.

I ordered earlier two sets of 85 v, they are even slightly too big for me. This one was small. And the girth under the breast and the cup itself. Apparently, this kit was necessary to take 90 s. Upset. I wanted to order more, and now i'm afraid not to guess with the size.

It came in three weeks, but this "thank you" mail of russia-the parcel almost 6 (!) days failed on the main sorting! All as in the description, the color is darker than in the photo, the quality at the height, the lace is good, the lines are even. At og 85, opg 77, ob 95 came 80a, the panties are a little too small, but not critical-i took mainly because of the bodice. I recommend!

I took the size 75b, on the package a sticker 38/85 v, but on my parameters (og98/pg84), the bra sat perfectly, nothing sticks out from the sides, push-up gathered a beautifully chest in the center of the chest, plus a little added size.
